Gamer Unlocked Gift Card
Picking a mouse, keyboard or IEMs for someone else is hard. Everyone has their own grip, their preferred weight and their opinion on switches. With a Gamer Unlocked gift card, you choose the amount and they choose the gear.
How to buy
Pick one of the fixed amounts (10, 25, 50 or 100 €) or type any amount from 20 to 300 €. If you want, add the recipient’s name, yours and a short message, up to 140 characters: they show on the card.
Once the payment is confirmed, you get an email with the card as a PDF, ready to print, plus links to download the PDF and an image to send by message. The cards also stay in My Account, under Downloads and in the order details.
Orders with high amounts or many cards are checked by hand before the cards are sent, so in those cases they can take a little longer to arrive.
How to use it
At checkout, enter the card code in the coupon field. The amount is taken off the products in the order. If the order costs less than the balance, the rest stays on the card for the next purchase. If it costs more, you pay the difference with any payment method.
You can use several cards in the same order and combine a card with a promo code. To check the balance left, open the Gift card balance page.
Shipping
The card pays for products, not shipping. Shipping follows the usual store rules: free from 70 € in Portugal and from 100 € in Spain. The amount paid with the card counts towards that threshold.
Conditions
- Validity: 24 months from the purchase date. The date is on the card and in the email. Any balance not used by then is lost.
- Where it works: only on gamerunlocked.pt and only on products. It does not pay for shipping or other gift cards.
- Cash: the card and any balance left cannot be exchanged for cash, except in the two cases below.
- If you change your mind: you have 14 days from purchase to ask for a refund of a card that has not been used. Write to support@gamerunlocked.pt with your order number.
- Delivery outside Portugal: for tax reasons, the card may become limited to orders delivered in Portugal. If that happens and you have no delivery address in Portugal, we refund the unused balance.
- Returns: if an order paid with the card is cancelled or returned, the amount paid with the card goes back to the card.
- Whoever has the code has the card: keep it as you would keep cash. We cannot restore a card someone else has already used.
