The Akko AstroAim Magnetic Switch is engineered for gamers who want the speed of Hall Effect technology without the feather-light feel of typical rapid trigger switches. With an initial force of 35gf ramping up to a 55gf end force, it offers a well-balanced, firm, yet responsive typing experience that reduces accidental keypresses.
Acoustically, the AstroAim shines by delivering a deeper, lower-pitched sound profile compared to the Astrolink series. This makes it an excellent choice for users seeking that premium “thocky” sound without compromising on gaming performance. The combination of a POM stem, PC top, and PA66 bottom ensures durability and a solid feel.
These switches feature a Light Diffuser (LED Condenser) to maximize RGB brightness and come factory-lubricated for smooth, wobble-free travel.
Compatibility Notice: These switches use a downward-facing N-pole magnet. They are compatible with most magnetic HE keyboards sharing this orientation. Note: They are NOT compatible with the Akko MOD007B HE or MOD007 HE YOTD v1 (which use S-pole).
