Delivery Options

Deliveries to individuals will normally be made by DPD or CTT Express, depending on weight, size, and shipping method.
Please note that the order is only available at the pickup point for 5 working days until it is returned.

Delivery Days

Orders are shipped and delivered on weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding national or local holidays in Portugal or the delivery location.

In mainland Portugal, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days. For shipments to the islands or the rest of Europe, it depends on the country and can take between 3 and 12 days.

Stock Availability

If an item is out of stock you can contact Gamer Unlocked to order it and we will check the stock with our suppliers. As a result, the delivery time is increased by the time it takes the supplier to send us the product.

Tracking and Notifications

Upon shipment, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress via the carrier's website.

Multiple Shipments

Due to internal logistics, your order may be sent in multiple shipments. You'll receive an email for each shipment detailing the items dispatched.

Delivery Attempts and Options

If you're unavailable to receive your order, the carrier may attempt redelivery the next day or leave a notification for pickup at a designated pickup point.

Inspection upon Delivery

Upon receiving your order, inspect the items for any visible damage in the presence of the courier. If any damage is evident, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Exceptions and Peak Periods

Delivery dates may be affected by exceptional logistical or operational reasons from carriers, especially during peak periods like Black Friday and Christmas when order volumes are higher.
