Shipping Information
Delivery Destinations
We ship to all of Europe, including Portugal (Mainland, Madeira, and the Azores) and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Carriers
We use the services of CTT Expresso and DPD to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Cut-off Time
Orders placed by 12:00 PM are shipped on the same day; orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Mainland Portugal & Spain: 2 to 3 business days (for orders destined for the islands, up to 8 days).
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 12 business days, depending on the delivery country.
Note: During peak periods (e.g., holidays, Black Friday, Christmas), shipping may experience an additional delay of up to 48 hours for processing and may be affected by possible delays from the carriers.
Multiple Shipments
Due to internal logistics, your order may be shipped in several parcels. You will receive an email for each shipment with details of the items sent.
Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Pickup Points
If you choose delivery to a pickup point, the products will be available for collection for 5 business days.
Delivery Attempts
If you are not available at the time of delivery, an additional attempt will be made the following day. If this second attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be forwarded to the nearest pickup point.
Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock, you can contact Gamer Unlocked to place an order, and we will check the availability with our suppliers. Consequently, the delivery time will be extended by the time the supplier takes to send us the product.
